Does Veinflow Take My Insurance?Unfortunately, there is no insurance coverage for the draw fee. ​

Does your healthcare staff use any COVID-19 precautions?Absolutely! Our staff is fully vaccinated, enforces the use of hand washing, sanitizing and mask to ensure the safety of our patients and staff members.

How Can I Pay For The Draw fee?Acceptable forms of payment: credit/debit card and check, cash. (Non-Refundable deposit of 50% of total fee due prior to appointment) ​

What Areas Do Veinflow Cover for Their Services?We service Monroe County and surrounding areas.

How Can I Submit My Lab Order(s)?The lab order can be submitted by email. Please make sure that the lab order has your insurance information, doctors information, diagnosis codes, and the names of tests being requested. ​ For Doctors/Practices: ​ Forward all paperwork, lab requisitions along with patient information and email us @Phlebonthego@veinflow.org Please be sure to include front and back pictures of your insurance card. All orders should include the patient’s name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number and insurance information as well as the physician’s name, address, phone number, fax and signature. Please make sure to include the name and test code for each test being requested We contact the patient to schedule an appointment to go to their home or place of business. They are contacted the night before for confirmation and notified, when to expect the technician The blood samples will be drawn, processed, and delivered to the lab for testing Test results are then sent directly to the doctor’s office from the lab

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?Please cancel appointment at least 24 hrs prior to your scheduled time. Non-refundable deposits will not be refunded to you but it can be put toward the next scheduled appointment.
